This self initiated project aims to investigate through the "lateral thinking process” the meanings of white.
The choice of proposing a word for this project came up from the everyday experience of using words without being totally aware of their use and meaning.
I didn’t want to provide any ultimate response of what white is. I had fun exploring it and creating a system of concepts that can be linked to it, providing a stimulation to others to think about different connections.
White is a colour, white is a noun, white is a place, white is... nothing!

Methodology:What drove me to begin this investigation about the word white was the curiosity to experiment with different media, such as typography, photography, graphic design, printing and letterpress, around a certain topic. I conducted the whole project independently using my own skills not just to generate the contents but also to produce the final outcome (layout, format, book binding and letterpress process).
